Ira Keller,
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Keller oversees the company’s strategic direction and all operations. He also serves on Lewtan’s Executive Management Committee and was formerly Chief Operating Officer as well as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior positions include Senior Vice President & General Manager at Starpoint Solutions, Group Managing Director and Senior Vice President & General Manager at Thomson Financial and VP of Marketing for Sungard Financial Systems. Mr. Keller holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Boston University's Graduate School of Management.
Usman Ismail,
Executive VP International Sales and Business Development
Mr. Ismail is responsible for global business development at Lewtan Technologies. Mr. Ismail has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Lewtan, Mr. Ismail held management positions as President and CEO of AimTech, a multimedia company, Executive Vice President at Money Management Systems and at ADP and Director of Marketing and Sales at DST Belvedere.
Ned Myers,
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Myers is the Chief Marketing Officer and has been at Lewtan since 1991. With over eleven years of experience with Lewtan Technologies, Mr. Myers has played a variety of roles in working with the major domestic and international players in the ABS industry. His responsibilities have ranged from managing systems implementation projects and providing client support for structurers and servicers of asset-backed transactions to leading Lewtan’s sales and marketing, strategic planning, product management, and customer support areas. Mr. Myers is a frequent speaker at ABS conferences and has published a variety of articles on securitization technology. Mr. Myers holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Marketing and Finance.
Paul Arvidson,
Senior Vice President, Sales & Services
Mr. Arvidson is Senior Vice President, Sales & Services for Lewtan Technologies. Mr. Arvidson has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held senior level positions in Operations Management, Sales and Marketing. After starting his career with GE Capital, Mr. Arvidson held positions as Regional Vice President of Yegen Associates, Inc. a major originator & servicer of consumer loans and Regional Manager for CLS Corporation (acquired by EDS), an outsourcing solution provider dedicated to serving the financial services/asset management industry. Mr. Arvidson holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Indiana State University.
Thomas Karanian,
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Karanian is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Lewtan Technologies. In his role, Mr. Karanian is responsible for overall corporate technology strategy and direction. He also oversees the management of all technology components and initiatives that create value for the business, customers and employees.
Mr. Karanian joined Lewtan Technologies in 2005. Prior to this, he was an Officer and Vice President of Engineering and Services of NewsEdge Corporation (originally Desktop Data). He was a member of the executive management team that guided the organization through a successful sale of the company to Thomson Corporation. At Thomson, he served as a vice president of technology for Dialog where he was responsible for all technology related functions, product development and content development areas for the news content business. He also spent several years working for Lotus Development managing Quality Engineering groups in the spreadsheet division. Mr. Karanian holds a Bachelor’s degree in physics from Curry College.
Brian Frohn, CPA
Vice President, Finance & Administration
Mr. Frohn joined Lewtan in 1998 coming from a background in public accounting. In addition to the Finance and Accounting functions, Mr. Frohn is responsible for the company's Human Resource and Facilities functions. He holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts in both Accounting and Finance.
Brad McNamee,
Vice President, Modeling and Analytics
Mr. McNamee has been with Lewtan Technologies since 1991. During his time at Lewtan, he has served in many diverse capacities including System Implementation, Product Management, Software Development Management and Data Operations Management. Mr. McNamee currently heads up the Modeling and Analytics Group. This group is responsible for modeling ABS transactions and building related analytical tools. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
James Burrows,
Vice President, Data Services
Mr. Burrows oversees Lewtan's data acquisition and dissemination activities, including sourcing, analysis, and quality assurance. Before joining Lewtan in July 2003 Mr. Burrows was Vice President of US Production and Operations at Thomson Financial in Boston, where he was responsible for seven U.S. sites producing financial data. Prior to managing US operations, he was Senior Vice President of Global Operations at First Call Corporation. Mr. Burrows holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and a Masters of Library Science degree from Simmons College.
Jamie Harper,
Vice President, EMEA Sales
Mr. Harper is responsible for business development within the Europe, Middle East and Africa region at Lewtan Technologies. Mr. Harper has 18 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Lewtan, Mr. Harper held positions as Head of Sales and Marketing at Thomson IFR, Business Development at Moody’s RMS, Sales & Marketing Director at IFex and Senior Vice President at Demica. Mr Harper attended Southampton University, UK (Chemistry with Biochemistry Joint Honours).
